Peoples Bank is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces of 2025 by The Des Moines Register. This annual award highlights companies across the state that demonstrate exceptional workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational strength.
The honor is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey that measures key drivers of a healthy and positive work environment.
“We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition because it reflects the voices of our employees,” said Kevin Halterman, President & CEO of Peoples Bank. “Our team members are the heart of this organization, and their dedication to serving our customers and communities is what makes Peoples Bank truly special.”
